This advanced clear sealant has outstanding adhesion to a variety of surfaces and provides a long lasting rubberized seal for almost any application. Great for sealing around decorative or visible areas where a noticeable patch is not desirable. This premium formula has outstanding UV resistance, stays clear and will not “yellow or cloud” over time like other products. It is ideal for repairing cracks in exterior or interior applications where clear elastic seal is desired. Product is water based and will have a cloudy white appearance when applied, but dries clear.
